33.000 Km After Some really dangerous Problems while Driving (no Power within seconds while full Speed) I'was fed of with my Fuel Pump! That's really fucking bull-shit what You produce Honda!!!! My tip for You, Honda Engeneers: Buy a Yamaha, look what they implement in a carburetor enginge: a vacuum driven Fuel Pump, not an fucking damn electical one! Go and make some house lessons! Shit! I paid so much of my good money for an bike that stands the test of Paris-Dakar! (now I know about the necessary modifications!)
go and visit http://www.africanqueens.de/
or call XT-Zentrale, München, (Klaus Krumm)

30.000 Km
A complete review of my Brake System, it's not very good sealed!
I'm not amused about this.... This Bike should stand the Test of Desert!!!!! and it doesn't stand the test of a simple Winter?

25.000 KM
I've replaced the expensive "one-use" Airfilter with an K&N Airfilter.
got some Problems with to much air in the gas-mix.

10,500 Km After a "little problem" on a Cross course I've to change/repair some parts (o.k. people told me that this bike isn't good for motocross, they're right.) Maybe I should buy a TT600 or similar, it's cheaper to crash it.

11,000 Km, I've to change my rear tire. About 1.5mm remaining, my front tire is also down (not on the top, but the side-area had a "saw-tooth profile"

13,000 Km Changed my front Tire, wasn't funny in curves no profile on the sides.

13,000 KM my Chain is absolutely down, some very strange noises, think I shouldn't try a wheelie :-) but I think the reason is, if You've friends with bikes like CBR, R1 .... and don't want them to wait for You.

uhhh. long time has gone.... now I've over

32,000 Km.

Many of "Sandgruben" "Kiesgruben" and forests must stand the test. I decide to loss some weight, so I dismounted some protection frame and the big aluminium protection at the bottom, this increases fun ;-)

Another chain has gone, 2 rear tire, 1 front tire. I still use Trail Wing

I played a bit around with different transmission. I changed the front from 16 to 15, it's fine to do the wheelie better, but I need about 1 litre more fuel/100Km (about 9-10) and it runs only about 160 real Km/h (before about 180-- tacho 200) okay, maybe it's time to buy a streetbike, but it's always fun to hunt in the alps some other bikes... ;-)

I've tried to change transmission to 17 teeth but it seems that in my Model it won't fit, even I asked somebody from AfricaQueens, who said to me: no problem, You just have to change a cover.... (but should i also change my motor? there is a big bolt to near...)

Another problem is that the Motor lack some oil, i think "Kolbenringe" because it exhausts oil if I cange from full throttle to less. (to much wheelies?)

Problems with starting after a longer parking

Benzinhahn
möglichst keinen neuen andrehen lassen (rund 280 DM).
